Math Notebook Rules

As classwork is the 10% of your grade, neatness and complete work are essential. So, I will
always check that you have the following information in your notebook:

Heading: Complete Name:__________________ List Number:________

Date:__________________________ 7th_______________

Number and Name of Lesson

Name of activities and instructions.

Number each problem. Write a digit in each square. Leave enough space in between problems.

Use black or blue pen to write words, and pencil to write numbers.

You must always show complete procedure.
